Ford Recalls Thousands of F-150 Trucks Over Software Update Issues
Over 10,000 Ford F-150 trucks from the 2018 model year are being recalled after previously recorded software fixes failed to properly install, leaving vehicles prone to transmission sensor faults and unintended movement. Ford dealers must re-flash the powertrain control module software free of charge.
When the recall to fix the previous recall didn't stick, quality remains an exciting journey.
