Ford recalls 254,640 SUVs over driver-assist software issues
Ford is recalling more than 254,000 SUVs across Ford and Lincoln nameplates because image processing software can trigger an unplanned reset. This failure shuts off backup camera displays and disables critical driver-assistance systems including lane-keeping and blind-spot monitoring.
Ford's advanced safety tech ensures drivers experience the retro thrill of driving completely blind.
